N4C has written an article on the sources of finance for helping to protect forests as a primer to the subject. As part of this article, we seek to give readers essential context on the impact of each solution, as well as its real-world near-term (by 2030) and long-term (by 2050) potential for impact.
But we want your input. Have we gotten it right, or wrong? What are we missing?
To support this effort, we are launching this survey. The results will be used to update our original article; they will be anonymized, averaged, and displayed on a four quadrant chart.
In this survey, we use the term "significant impact." Although we do not offer a specific definition of "significant," and therefore expect your interpretation to by somewhat subjective, we would consider a solution that delivers "significant impact" to feature on a list of top ways to combat deforestation and protect forests.
